Das Unternehmen hat – nachdem Evolute das Feedback an die richtigen Personen herangetragen hat – zügig reagiert und eine Antwort an die Betriebsinhaberin geschrieben:

„Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Sie haben Recht. Der Stecker war teilweise nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten. Inzwischen werden diese Stecker aber wieder mitgeliefert. Im Reklamationsfall dürfen Sie sich gerne direkt an uns wenden. Das Problem mit der Überwurfmutter ist bekannt und ist derzeit in der Änderungsphase. Die Materialstärke wird verbessert werden.“

Warum wir dies als Feedback der Woche ausgewählt haben:

• Welche Teile mitgeliefert werden sollten und welche nicht ist ein unter unsern Nutzern heiß diskutiertes Thema. Da es hier viel Entwicklung (und vielleicht auch Experimente der Hersteller?) gibt, sollte man hier stetig im Dialog bleiben.
  Diesen ermöglichen wir mit Evolute und werden ihn in Zukunft, wenn Evolute weiter verbreitet ist und auch Like/Comment Funktionen hat weiter fördern.
• Der zweite Aspekts des Feedbacks (Drehmomentschlüssel / Materialstärke) ist eine typische Ingenieur vs. Anwender-Situation: Aus der Entwicklung ersteinmal weniger Material (–> Drehmomentschlüssel nötig) – während der Installateur draußen mit möglichst einfachem und einheitlichem Werkzeug arbeiten will.
• Wir als Evolute lieben Diversity! Die weiblichen Nutzer sind bei uns in der Minderheit – deshalb sollte man ihre Beiträge umso mehr feiern. Dies ist das erste Produktfeedback der Woche von einer BetriebsinhaberIN
• Es muss nicht immer ein Foto vom Produkt selber sein – die Bedienungsanleitung zeigt es manchmal noch deutlicher.
• Auch wenn Evenes, der Hersteller schon an der Lösung des Problems (Drehmomentschlüssel) arbeitet – den Installateuren draußen ist das noch nicht bekannt. Sie wundern / ärgern sich weiter darüber. Der Inhalt des Feedbacks ist also keine Produktinnovation die dem Hersteller unbekannt war – das Feedback hier hat aber die Wichtigkeit des Themas für das Handwerk aufgezeigt und vor allem Kommunikation von Evenes an die Handwerker ermöglicht.
