„In der Montageanleitung wird extra auf die Ausrichtung eines Teils hingewiesen. Dieses muss aber um 90° verdreht aufgesetzt werden damit die 38°C Sperre funktioniert.“

Die Reaktion des Herstellers, Vigour war schnell – wenn auch anders als erwartet

Vigour GC befasste sich im Detail mit dem Feedback und antwortete wie folgt:

Es ist alles vollkommen korrekt. Die Justierbuchse muss tatsächlich versetzt montiert werden, damit letztendlich die richtige Position des Griffs erzielt wird. In der Montageanleitung ist es richtig beschrieben.

Wir von Evolute respektieren es sehr, dass Vigour schnell und mit einer sachlichen Analyse geantwortet hat. Leider können wir von Evolute nicht nachvollziehen, ob der Feedback-Geber oder der Hersteller „recht“ hat.

Es kann natürlich auch ein Missverständnis sein – dann könnte man sich das Feedback zum Anlass nehmen und die Montageanleitung noch eindeutiger schreiben.
