Evolute can recruit craftsmen or experts in all trades. 

The software can be used seamlessly abroad. With the automatic translation, product managers, for example, can start a survey in German and send it to French speakers, who then receive the questions translated into French. Free text answers are also displayed in German, similar to AirBnB for German-speaking product managers. 

The standard language is German. You can add language modules as required. All languages based on the Latin alphabet are currently available.

If you as an industrial company invite your own customers, you can do this via an invitation function in Evolute. Your customers will then receive an invitation to the app and can download it from the App Store or the Play Store. (The Evolute Feedback app is approved by Apple and Google).

The software is very easy to understand and can be used by everyone after 2 hours of training. In the first 4-12 weeks of the software introduction, the project manager needs approx. 2-4 hours to coordinate the project internally. 

No, you can use it with your product management team without the IT department having to do anything. The software is completely browser-based and hosted in German/EU data centers: Secure and stress-free for you.

Yes, we have all the documents that your data protection officer needs to give approval (FAQ, declaration, DPA incl. TOMs and list of subcontractors). The data protection officer's OK for Evolute usually comes either after forwarding these documents or a joint telephone call.

Yes, you can export the results yourself at any time. As Excel, graphics (for graphical evaluation) or clipboard (for free text answers).

On the one hand, Evolute has the most specialized expert panel in the German-speaking world. On the other hand, we have the opportunity to publish recruiting tailored to your requirements via social media and thus find the right users. Yes, this is possible and we are happy to support you in designing your own panel setup.
