Why Evolute exists
Most industrial companies have had product flops in the past five years — with complaints, service cases, and missed sales targets. Such flops cause significant financial damage and often result from product managers not sufficiently considering end-user needs.

Anselm Zebner
CEO & Sales
Anselm is a trained business informatics specialist and a true sales professional. He gained his experience in various sales positions, from new customer 'hunter' to international account manager. After encountering numerous inefficiencies in companies of all sizes — from SMEs in mechanical engineering to DAX30 corporations — he founded Evolute. His goal: making user research effective in the manufacturing industry.
Daniel Engelhardt
CTO
Daniel is a computer scientist and media manager who has deepened his broad expertise through diverse roles as product manager, CTO in various digital companies and startups, and as a freelance web developer. As a Digital Product Manager, Daniel has made it his mission to equip the manufacturing industry with the same tools and capabilities that are common in software development, to promote a customer-centric way of working.
Johannes Sontag
COO & CSM
Johannes has over 10 years of experience in management consulting, where he advised numerous blue chips and hidden champions in the manufacturing industry on strategic issues. Johannes also brings entrepreneurial experience as COO of a fintech startup and from founding his own consultancy. At Evolute, he is particularly excited about the opportunity to bring transparency and speed to the important requirements management for industrial companies — an area he had already deeply explored as a consultant.
